Nikki has been working to help rehab musculoskeletal injuries since 2017 after graduating with a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney.
Along with Nikki’s invaluable experience in the private practice setting she also brings with her a passion for empowering patients to move the way they are meant to.
Nikki sets out every day to empower and educate people on how to optimise their performance through exercise-based rehab often incorporating clinical Pilates into her treatment plans.
Nikki has a special interest in the rehabilitation of neck and back pain and believes that knowledge is power in creating long term solutions for pain and injury.

Michael Hudson
“It Is my goal to motivate every individual on how to take proactive steps to manage their overall health. I am passionate about ensuring the human body is moving fundamentally to achieve maximum function”.
Michael has been treating patients for over 5 years throughout the private setting. After graduating from a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, Michael grew a passion to assist individuals to achieve their goals, whether that be; at the gym, on the football field or just completing activities of daily living.
After undergoing a shoulder reconstruction in his youth, Michael is aware of the impact injuries can have on the human body, combined with working with many high-profile athletes, Michael is aware of the physical and emotional impacts an injury can have on an individual’s well-being. Therefore Michael sets out to design individualised treatment plans for each patient to allow everyone to reach their potential.

Michael Chryss
Michael graduated from the University of Sydney in 2020 with a Masters of Physiotherapy after completing his Bachelor of Health Sciences.
Michael’s interest in physiotherapy began after his own injury, surgery and rehab and sparked a passion for all things sports recovery. He also thrives on setting people up for their own rehab success, guising and inspiring quick recovery and getting you active again.
For the past few years, Michael has been dedicating his time out of work to help facilitate the rehab for the Cronulla Sharks SG Ball and Jersey Flegg Academy and he aims to continue his growth in rehabilitation planning both on and off the field.
